Both butters are completely organic, all natural with no additives and is gently churned from the cream of well tended, naturally raised, free-range dairy cows fed on organic pastures. Organic soils store 28% more carbon, contain 43% more earthworms and leaves 58% less nitrate leaching into waterways.
