Every bar sold helps CERES grow, with 100% of the profits reinvested in the School of Nature and Climate and CERES Park. Made in Brunswick East.

Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, macadamias, rhubarb, apple, vanilla, salt.



Ethical Trade: Monsieur Truffe understands their responsibility as a company to the farmers and workers who produce and harvest the ingredients they use. They work with supplier partners to source the best ingredients available from growers and exporters who follow ethical farming practices. 

Their key supply partners purchase ingredients from long-established, first class suppliers who provide fully traceable ingredient solutions that support a transparent, sustainable “farm to fork” consumer story.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place, ideally between 15 & 20C. Do not store in the fridge as condensation damages chocolate.

About Monsieur Truffe: Monsieur Truffe began in 2005 selling just truffles from a market stall. They are now based in Brunswick East and have a vast selection of organic chocolate delights, with more lines being added frequently. They create a range of inclusive products suitable for vegan and gluten-free diets, all whilst maintaining quality and flavour. They use organic ingredients and hand-wrap their products in environmentally-friendly packaging.
