Also known as Giant or Elephant garlic, this organic variety has large white cloves (100g may only amount to 2-3 cloves) and a mild flavour. Elephant garlic is actually more closely related to leeks and onions and is not a 'true' garlic at all, but we love it just the same.
organic "Italian variety" purple garlic grown in Australia. It's fairly mild in flavour and pungency when raw, but it develops a rich, sweet and nutty tone when cooked. A great one for making the best home made pesto.
Organic spring garlic is full flavoured garlic that is deliberately harvested before it has reached maturity. Its milder, sweeter flavour is similar to leeks or shallots. It doesn’t keep as a mature bulb would, so store in the fridge and use within a week.
