So darn fresh & beautifully flavoured, this early Vic harvest will take any spring feast to the next level. Store in fridge and use promptly.

This organic green kale is a leafy veg related to the cabbage family. Rich in fibre & nutrients (antioxidants, vitamins).
What to do with Kale? Wash, slice in strips & gently fry before adding to pasta. Sprinkle toasted pinenuts, Parmesan & add a squeeze of lemon juice. Dinner is served.

These organic brown mushrooms are from Sugarloaf Produce, a farm at the base of Mt Sugarloaf & the Kinglake Ranges. Delicious, guaranteed to jazz up a lazy weekend cooked breakfast. Store in paper brown bags in the fridge & use within 3-4 days. Note: size can vary.
Those organic brown onions are a cooking staple in many cuisines. Store in a cool well ventilated place (not in plastic bag!). Avoid storing near other produce & potatoes. If they are sprouting, use immediately.
Those organic red onions have a mild to sweet flavour, but after being stored for a short time can become quite pungent. They are often consumed raw & added to jazz up salads. A must have for Greek salads! Store in cool well ventilated spot away from sunlight.
These organic Tropea onions are sweet & crunchy. Also known as "Calabrian Red Gold". In a fresh and dry place it can be kept even up to four weeks. Use for salads, pasta & sauces.
