Fruit grown using biodynamic method since 1965. Processed at Greenwood's Orchards, Merrigum, Victoria. During a 5 minute process, fruit is crushed by power grater, pressed with continuous belt-press, filtered through vibrating screen then stored under CO2. Most sediment is settled out over 24hours before. Juice is pasteurised then hot bottled.
