Store your garlic correctly and it will keep well:
Hang your garlic braid in an airy and light place that is warm and dry. Not cold, not hot. Not in fridge, not above a kettle. Not in direct the sun.

Treat garlic carefully - it does bruise which will lessen storage capacity.
This purple garlic variety is an early season variety and should store well until March-April 2026.
