About Maa's Dal: After moving to Australia from India, Pankaj missed the home cooked dals of his childhood. One day, his mum offered to teach him her recipe over Skype. He began practising and perfecting the dish, and soon the smells of his childhood were in his Australian kitchen. After meeting his partner Ahlam they decided to share their healthy, ready made meals with the wider community. They began Maa's Dal (Maa means mother in Hindi) using fresh, authentic ingredients, no preservatives or artificial flavourings - just delicious Indian cooking!
