This sourdough loaf is made using heritage wholemeal and rye flours and is chockablock full of figs, sultanas, currants, apricots and warming spices. Packed in brown paper bag. Limited quantities. Baked in Brunswick East.

It is imperative to recognize that these subtle differences are a natural aspect of the baking process, and while we aim for uniformity, variations within an acceptable range (10%) are considered normal."
