What's great about a Fruit and Veg Box?
They’re simple to shop, full of great value produce and come in various sizes and styles! Our Fruit and Veg Boxes can be enough to feed your household all week, or an excellent base to build an order from - check What’s In The Box (below) then add extra fruit and veg on top. We also deliver a huge range of quality grocery items.

Can I change or remove items?
Unfortunately our Fruit and Veg Boxes are not customisable - we cannot exclude or substitute items. You can choose to create your own box of produce by selecting the fruit and vegetables you prefer.

What is IPM fruit and veg?
Our Sustainably Grown (IPM) range offers quality fruit and veg sourced from select farms who are not organic but do use IPM - Integrated Pest Managment. IPM farming practices reduce harmful pesticide use, monitor and protect beneficial insects and build a healthier farm environment. Look for the ladybird!

What kind of packaging will I receive?
We use minimal and sustainable packaging to safely deliver your produce - even our salad leaf bags are home compostable. We also pick up our reusable boxes, coolers and ice packs on your next delivery.

Where does your money go?
Our deliveries support local growers and makers and our team of dedicated staff. All profits go to CERES, a registered charity growing food, community and climate solutions.
