The very best, classic hot cross buns bursting with juicy fruit and fresh ginger. Part sourdough but with a touch of yeast for a lighter texture. Freshly baked in Abbotsford.
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour*, water, whole pureed orange, Australian sultanas, currants, raisins, butter, natural leaven, sugar, fresh ginger, Dench spice mix (spices), Murray River salt, yeast, vegetable oil, ascorbic acid.
