Crisp and sweet, these organic sunflower sprouts are harvested when the first young leaves start to appear. Grown by CERES Organic Microgreens less than 7kms away from our Fair Food warehouse. Nutty and juicy, sunflower sprouts make for a good snack, and taste in great in salads & sandwiches.

Nutritionally, sunflower sprouts pack a punch! Vitamins A, B, C and E, a good dose of calcium, chlorophyll, iron, magnesium & amino acids with 20 - 25% protein.

Our microgreens are grown on the CERES Brunswick site.
