Tender organic broad beans. Some of our broad beans come straight from CERES Farm in Coburg, where Joe Garita started planting broad beans in 1945. Blanch and remove any of the larger tougher skins. Then it's just a drizzle of lemon and olive oil - yum! We love them on this bruschetta!
