This fully flavoured vegetable stock is made the traditional way with at least 50% organic vegetables and herbs. Market-fresh, unblemished vegetables are slowly simmered for at least 8 hours, and then the liquid is reduced. Use in risottos, stews, soups and more. No preservatives, no additives, no salt, no flavour enhancers, no gluten, no yeast extracts.

Vegetable Stock (99.9%) [water, onions, carrots, celery, tomato, leeks, parsley, black peppercorn and bay leaves], rosemary extract.
