This pure Jersey cultured sour cream (creme fraiche) contains 35% to 45% milk fat depending on the season. Made with pure unhomogenised milk, it is velvety smooth, thick and yellowish in colour - just pure cream and cultures. Not organic but local and handmade in small batches. No gelatines or any additives!
