This pure Jersey cultured sour cream (creme fraiche) contains 35% to 45% milk fat depending on the season. Made with pure unhomogenised milk, it is velvety smooth, thick and yellowish in colour - just pure cream and cultures. Not organic but local and handmade in small batches. No gelatines or any additives!

About Gippsland Jersey: Steve Ronalds and Sallie Jones are the Co-Founders of Gippsland Jersey, a boutique milk brand born out of our own personal challenges during the 2016 milk crisis.

When we embarked on the Gippsland Jersey journey - literally after meeting a couple of times for a coffee and loose chat over a 3 month time frame before we hit ‘go’ button.
