Butternut pumpkin, Greek feta, arborio rice, garlic, sage powder, vegeta stock, salted butter, salt, pepper, olive oil, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, plain flour. 12 pack . 360g.

Heating/ Cooking instructions
You might need to adjust the cooking time slightly depending if cooking from frozen or defrosted in the fridge.
Remove plastic from packaging before cooking
Heat oven or air fryer to 130C and cook for 30 min
Allow to cool before serving
Cooking time may vary according to appliances.
Do not refreeze once thawed
