A washed rind cheese that is mild when young, but with a more robust, pungent, unapologetic flavour as it ripens.
The striking orange rind is a result of days of washing the cheese (yes, we wash it in a special brine to create the perfect level of funkiness!) If you want something that commands attention and will follow through on flavour, then this cheese will not disappoint. It’s bold, boisterous and unapologetic.
Serve at room temperature.

Ingredients: Cow's milk, salt, cultures, vegetarian rennet
