Cooking instructions:
Oven: Preheat to 190 C. (fan forced). Remove tray from bag, cover plastic tray with foil and place on an oven tray (the plastid tray gets a bit bendy as it heats and is hard to handle). Cook for 30 minutes with the foil on and 15 with the foil off.
Microwave: Remove tray from bag. Place black tray with cannelloni in the microwave. Cook for 6 minutes.
