IPM ice berg lettuce, or as we affectionately call it, the big crunch. To keep it at it's crunchiest, store in an airtight container in the crisper of the fridge.

What is IPM? IPM farms encourage and protect beneficial insect species like ladybirds to control insect pests.  IPM farms are not not organic, they do however employ organic techniques such as crop rotation and green manuring and they use far fewer chemical sprays than conventional farms.
