About CERES Bakery: Alex Iordanov began baking for CERES Organic Grocer on Easter Saturday 2021. Since then, he has continued to provide the freshest bread, hot cross buns and pastries straight out of the oven onto the shelves for the community.

"While we strive for optimal consistency in our baking processes, it is important to acknowledge that absolute precision in bread
weight may be challenging to attain. Despite our meticulous efforts, minor variations in weight are inherent to the baking craft and
can occur due to a multitude of factors. It is imperative to recognize that these subtle differences are a natural aspect of the baking
process, and while we aim for uniformity, variations within an acceptable range (10%) are considered normal."
