Spring is here! Time for some delicious & local organic asparagus!
Simply bake in oven (8-10 min) with a drizzle of olive oil; to serve, crumble feta on top & add a dash of balsamic vinegar.
To store, wrap the bottom of stalks in damp paper towel, then refrigerate in an unsealed plastic bag. Use within 3 to 4 days.
