This is a lightly yeasted white "crusty on the outside but fluffy inside" sliced loaf. Great for sangas, toast and croutons! Baked in Abbotsford from some (not all) organic ingredients.
Ingredients: water, wheat flour, certified organic stoneground wheat flour, certified organic wheat flour, certified organic stoneground rye flour, Murray River Salt, Australian honey, yeast, ascorbic acid.
