Chocolate - Malt - Nuts
This coffee coats the tongue and taps the cheeks in a subtle, cheeky kind of way. Rich layers of chocolate, malt, and nuttiness come through first, with a playful hint of guava sweetness dancing in the background, like a candied surprise. A careful sip might reveal a soft note of lychee woven through it all. Complex yet unintimidating, Tasakina has become our beloved in-house daily go-to.

For every kilo of coffee roasted we plant a tree! Each tree is planted and nurtured by Timorese tree farmers through community reforestry program WithOneSeed, which operates to reduce poverty and fight climate change.

Simply remove the freshness valve (and pop into your soft plastics recycling) before adding the bag, label and all, into your compost bin, worm form or other home composting system. Then watch it return to the earth, leaving nothing but nutrient rich soil behind! When tested in our composts, the process has taken between 30 days and six months.
