A fresh riff on traditional Indonesian tempeh! This soy + millet tempeh has a delicious fresh texture and aroma. The millet brings a hint of sweetness and allows for easier browning. Both the soy and the millet are regeneratively farmed here in Australia. Made in Coburg.

Tempeh or tempe is a traditional Indonesian food made from fermented soybeans. It is made by a natural culturing and controlled fermentation process that binds soybeans into a cake form. A fungus, Rhizopus oligosporus or Rhizopus oryzae, is used in the fermentation process and is also known as tempeh starter.

Ingredients: Soy beans*, millet*, salt, white vinegar, tempeh culture (Rhizopus oligosporus).
