This organic prosecco has vivid aromatics of citrus, hints of roasted nuts & yeasty nuances. Grapes are sourced from established vineyards high in the King Valley known for the production of quality Prosecco grapes. Picked in the cool of night, the grapes are lightly pressed to extract the purest of juice, then transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation & maturation. The wine is then transferred to bottle for re-fermentation & to sit on its yeast lees or ‘Col Fondo’ - as it is known in Italy - to produce a traditional Prosecco style. No preservatives. Reusable bottle. 11.5% ABV
