Organic Pinot Noir fruit was picked, de-stemmed, fermented with wild yeast & left on skins for 10 days prior to pressing. Grapes were sourced from established vineyards in cool, high-altitude Tumbarumba, NSW. A wine with amazingly vivid colour, aromas of cherry & a balanced sweet & savoury palate. No preservatives. Reusable bottle. 13.5% ABV
