Warning! Being a typical washed rind, this cheese has a strong smell that increases with age.
Beginning as their Beach Box, it's washed for 3 weeks with local whiskey, generating a slightly sweet rind.
Fresh and light with citrus notes. This soft spreadable goats cheese has a whipped texture that's perfect for use on roasted veg or on sourdough toast with poached eggs. Hand made on the Mornington Peninsula. Best to use within a week of opening.

A semi hard, Spanish style goat cheese. It is soaked in Pinot noir for 7 days before being aged. The light burgundy coloured rind adds a subtle wine flavour. Hand made on the Mornington Peninsula.
